Challenge:
Content studio, HEVĒ became the agency on record for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) where they were tasked with delivering all print and digital content for SHRM. As part of this, they were responsible for the timely delivery of web and mobile banners, social media, research reports, and event collateral for SHRM and their sub-brands.
Solution:
Inheriting the SHRM retainer also meant handling a back-log of requests, requiring timely and pixel-perfect design. While sticking to the recognisable sub-brand guidelines, the goal was to continue elevating the existing design of SHRM. Working with designers across multiple time-zones from Sydney to New York City meant the ability to service the client on a 24-hour cycle.

TALENT CONFERENCE
The Talent Conference hosted annually by SHRM focuses on skill and knowledge development for HR professionals working in talent acquisition. Creating a playful dynamic between the colour and shapes of the brand, engaging organic social media ads and covers were created,
STUDENT
Targeted at aspiring HR professionals, the Student sub-brand distinguishes itself through a bold colour palette and style. A key component of the design was to keep the balance of colour and effects to ensure the brand remained clean while appealing to youth.
INCLUSION
Inclusion is SHRM’s primary conference aimed at creating a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce. Along with the foundational CYMK colour palette, the Inclusion brand uses the brush circle to encourage a sense of welcome and unity.
