Challenge:
Sleek Events was introducing a new initiative, the Sleek Academy which was a employee growth and development training program. A new creative concept for the Sleek Academy brand had to be created including a logo and overarching visual identity. In addition, the Sleek Academy was also to be launched at the annual half company off-site with an appropriate theme and concept.

Solution:
The training courses offered by the Sleek Academy were divided into four distinct categories, from fundamentals to mastery. Inspired by the idea of achieving new levels and layers, the creative concept of the Sleek Academy reflected the lower to higher saturation of the Sleek colours.

For the launch of the Sleek Academy, the idea of a Careers Fair was proposed where attendees could talk to course advisors and sign up for sessions they were interested in. The art direction was inspired by the nostalgic elements of education - writing pad grid lines, bright scribbles, black tape and bold colour photography. Custom hand-drawn stickers also added an element of playfulness, while providing key information.
